heyhey. how fast the weekend ends.. didnt do much of the proj though. was at the hospital the whole time cuz grandma was admitted. since last week i've been going to accompany her after sch. it's really boring there. plus the weather was darn hot! how i wish i was in china.. love the strong yet cool wind.

saw the news the other day, abt the internal war in myanmar. was wondering.. how could monks participate in such activities? arent they supposed to be sacred? haha people nowadays seem to not understand things. if i had a chance, i wana experience life in the past. u know, those ancient drama on tv, those people playing swords.. haha. they seemed more carefree than us.

met ernest to pass him the vodka he requested. poor guy. like he said, he should have booked out on fri. his bag was so heavy. his stories were tough. haha. i thought army would be more relaxed these days. well, hopefully these men remember what was taught. haha. many people said they are better men after they went thru army. hmm..

went to sing k after sch. we rushed down in a cab cuz we were late due to presentation. the driver went to novena sq instead of marina sq. haha. nah he didnt charge less. ok he did, just $0.30 less. the people who went:

hello! im back from china! haha. overall was quite fun. shant list down the details here. will take really long cuz it's like 8 days? haha. so if u wana know, ask me ya. =)

150907 sat s'pore to shanghai

after checking in.

how i wish i was sitting next to the window.. haha.
one particular air stewardess wasnt doing her duty in serving us. she looked down on us students i guess. it's kinda obvious though.

day 1 160907 sun shanghai to wuxi

ma shifu loading our luggage into the coach.

off to the maglev train station we go.

the train is starting.. ok the diff is that our eyes are smiling here. haha.

this is the fastest speed so far. prolly cuz the dist to our destination isnt that far.

first taste of china fd in shanghai. hmm..

juicy shui jing bao, bland soyabean milk and tasty omelette with you tiao n sambal chilli.

our first hotel and also the one that we've to stay for the longest.

bing tang hu lu! i like..

they serve gd fd here. well, in china u hardly get fd that suit ur tastebuds. for me..

nah the bridge wldnt fall. haha.

half mango and half honeydrew ice cream. taste really gd. unique.

their cab or rather, da di, has very soft cushioned seats. once u sit u'll sink in and can hardly move urself.

their version of mickey mouse. the chihuahua.

ah fu & ah xi. (i think they looked kinda scary. but they're sacred.)
