hey im so sorry abt the post before the previous one. i know it's a lil too harsh but i cant help but feel this way.

anyway, i heard on the radio this morning abt feelings. we usually put the blame on others that we feel a certain way. it's 'em who made us feel like that. sort of like 'he made me sad.', that kinda thing. this kinda thinking usually isolates oneself n thus one'll feel powerless n empty. but think again, this concerns our feelings so this is our choice if we wana feel this way right?

since we can make a choice, then y cant we let go this kinda feeling? or rather mindset? y make it sound like ure so weak to let others affect us with what they say or do? we each have a different mindset, i know, but is it correct? what is then the correct mindset?

i dont mean ignoring or not taking seriously the comments others give but it's all up to u how r u able to take it, how u wana take it.

in conclusion, the challenge is to train your mind to let go of this mindset.
