happy ox yr!

good peranakan food they have. go give it a try. it's at the new jurongpoint.

this pretty yellow flower bloomed on the first day of cny. =)

uniquely singapore! heh heh.

so um..

cny was as usual, nothing special.
dad bought dvd of ip man.

fight scenes are great. donnie yen's the man!

cny/house-warming buffet wasnt too bad.
just a lil uh
run-abouts, hair-fly-all-over-face,
being-nanny-to-kids, rocker-to-baby-till-arms-tired,
relatives'-embarrassing-matchmaking-shouts, happy-ban-lat-ing,

so yeah, that's about it.

oh and the kua zi(melon seeds?) this year doesnt taste that good but i still had alot.

hope y'all have a great time collecting manymany angbaos! =D

work on 3rd day of cny was super boring..

my childhood snack!

dinner at some traditional jap restaurant near my home. good food! =D there're a few more we've yet to try though. heh heh.

muda promised 'em 10mins of playground.

i could actually sit on this 'swing' and fall asleep. imagine how cool's the wind. hahahahha.

1, 2, 3, up!

in the end, i spent half an hour with 'em at the playgrounds.

macaroons: pink - rose
brown - choc+whisky
white - choc+brandy
well, i still prefer canele's macaroons. so much better.

cousin alice and husband nick were so sweet to send these to mum. the roses smelt good. hahaah.

our new hangout would be..
arab street/haji lane! =D

shaz said the place she brought us to had no name. there was a brown moth/butterfly hanging at the top of the entrance though. a really relaxing place to go to after a long day. good place for pictures too. =)
